This home increased the outdoor patio experience with a large covered patio with new fireplace and built in grill. The old roof over the great room windows was removed to get natural light into the living room space. Phantom screens were also installed to create an indoor-outdoor living space between the dining room and patio. Additional interior remodel work was also completed int he master suite, basement and kitchen pantry.
