OVERVIEW

Before demolition, this great room was closed off from the kitchen and dining areas and only had a ceiling height of 10’. The roof was removed and the great room ceiling was vaulted to a height of 18’! Large windows on the back wall fill the space with light and the kitchen area was opened up to the great room. Between the great room and the kitchen is a new, three sided fireplace with all quartz surround. Almost all rooms on the main floor of the home received new large scale, polished tile floors. All new cabinets, back splash and appliances were updated in the kitchen and large walk in pantry. Off the kitchen a covered concrete deck was added with a custom wood burning fireplace and phantom screens. The formal dining finishes were upgraded with a custom faux finished tray ceiling. In the master suite, the closet was fitted with a laundry room and all flooring and closet cabinetry were replaced. Stairs down to the lower level were redone in all tile with a new, modern metal and wood railing system. Downstairs, the lower level living room received all new flooring and a indoor-outdoor kitchenette was added to better facilitate outdoor gathering spaces. Underneath the new covered deck a large radius bar patio was added along with a space for grilling.
