OVERVIEW

The Pender Lane Exterior Renovation included the addition of a new garage and a second story above, which consisted of an office and an extra bedroom. The renovation expanded beyond the existing garage location to create an enclosed space for a covered front porch. The front facade was brightened up with a classic red brick and paired with a cream batten board.  To carry the traditional look, white columns were added to complement the front porch and a new railing updated the upper-level deck.
