OVERVIEW

The Laquinta Circle remodel was a whole home remodel that also included an addition to extend the dining room and a covered deck. On the entry from the garage was reconfigured to create a mudroom, powder bathroom and walk in pantry. With the dining room addition the kitchen was able to be expanded to get a larger kitchen island, all new cabinets and new appliances. Also on the main level of the house one of the secondary bedrooms and bathrooms was also absorbed by the master suite to create a larger walk in closet, master bathroom and laundry room by the master suite. All new finishes were applied throughout the main level and lower level of the home.
